The fraudsters send official-looking letters or email and requesting the customer to pay money or any important information regarding the bank. Those letters made the customer to believe that the respective letters are from a reputed government organization and ask them to register and will grab the bank details from the customer to repay the tax rebate. In some instances, they made the customer to pay the tax by saying the if they pay they might win a lottery.  It is difficult to find the fraudsters through the lies. The only way to find the fraudsters is they explain about the lottery and the benefits of the lottery. It looks like calling from an admissible number and they might send email texts to the customer. They inform the customer to collect the lottery after paying the taxes and they ask the customer to ensure the lottery winnings in a fake company which was introduced by themselves. The customer will receive a call from the fraudsters to repay their debt which they actually owe. But they request the customer to pay immediately in the online transaction.

Moreover, the bank actually won't force anyone to pay the debt immediately in an online transaction. If the customer is unsure with the call they can contact the original legitimate number of the particular organization and they can clutch the details from the officials. There are some ways prevent from the fraudsters is the customer should not wire money and they should not pay for the prize and must not give the details regarding bank and don’t trust any name or number. The customer can file a complaint against the fraudsters after losing their money in the website called ftc.gov/complaint. So they can take further steps for this fraud.
