Mobile Phones Forensics is the science of recovering digital evidence from a mobile phone under forensically sound conditions using accepted methods. Mobile phones forensics includes the analysis of both SIM and Phone memory, each requires separate procedures to deal with.

The advent of new features, applications and technologies on the mobile phones, whether it is cameras, Geo location application, VOIP applications, data analysis tools or other features, have all contributed to further growth of mobile crimes.
